HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS LAST?
 We mostly work with air filled balloons, and when they are kept inside under controlled temperature, they can last up to 1 month. Outside is a different story, they can look good for 24 hours but they'll turn matte.

WHAT ABOUT OUTDOOR INSTALLATION?
We recommend displaying the balloons in shaded areas, avoiding direct sunlight & heat. If you choose clear balloons w/confetti in your garlands, they will turn cloudy with the heat. We recommend lighter colors since darker colors soak up more heat.

WHAT ABOUT THE WIND?
We have encountered challenging days when installing balloons outside. We recommend to install them under patios, a covered area, or close by your home/venue. We try our best to tie them, but wind can be unpredictable shifting or knocking down your garland. We don't recommend command hooks or similar brands for outdoor installations. If there is not a structure where we can tie them, we definetly recommend to use one of our  frames, plus weight plates and/or sand bags.

WILL YOU COME BACK TO TAKE THE BALLOONS DOWN?
We do it as a courtesy, in the need of picking up one of our frames; but POPeventscc is not responsible to take them down. Simply, remove them with a pair of scissors to snip them down. If there is a need for us to come back, an additional fee will be charged.
 
WHAT ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER?
If your exterior installation is scheduled on a day where it rains or has severe weather, every effort will be made to accommodate you, including installing the day before or rescheduling.

DO YOU COME BACK TO REPAIR?
We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once we leave your location. POPeventscc is not held responsible upon leaving your location for vandalism, weather conditions, etc. If we pop your balloon, we will replace it immediately.

DO YOU PROVIDE HELIUM BALLOONS?
Not at this moment. They are sensitive to extreme heat and cold, affecting the life span of the ballons.

WHAT ABOUT RENTAL ITEMS?
If you are renting a backdrop, stand, marquee numbers, etc; you are agreeing to treat them with care. We will charge the client for any damage to our rental items including any decorations used in your set up.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
Full payment in advance is required on all orders to secure the date on our calendar. In order to cancel your event, we require 72 hours notice. Refunds are not issued within 72 hours of event. We will make every possible effort to reschedule your event in our calendar, but we cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled events.
 
DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for any damage done to your walls or surfaces by any adhesive strips. We prefer to not use any adhesive on walls or surfaces, but if the client requests for us to hang balloons in an area that requires tapes or adhesives, POPeventscc  is not responsible for any residue or damage to surfaces.
